| Gauging Pigs are fabricated from high-quality PU Elastomers in different shore hardness. Gauging Pigs in Cup design are generally used for intelligent pigging operations including filling and removal of water at the time of obtaining the Geometric Information, Parafin Clearance, Hydrostatic Analysis and Batching Operation. Our range is designed in varied specifications in terms of shapes and sizes in order to cater to the application needs of our clients. For gauging and inspection our range is provided with Steel & Aluminium gauging plates. | We design Cup-type gauging pigs which are used for not only cleaning process but also inspecting piping system for warding off leaks, filling and emptying of water at the time of batching and hydrostatic check, and removal of foreign materials. Our range of Gauging Pigs is manufactured in standard sizes ranging from 2" to 48" with innovative designs including 2-cup, 3-cup and 4-cup in accordance with client's requirement. Built with gauging plate made of different material, our improved-design range of Gauging Pigs is applied to offer strong pipe bending for protecting consistent weld penetration, thus foreign elements do not exist. This model of pigs is also used to ensure minimal bend radius before the use of efficient pig.

Such series of pigs is manufactured in desirable sizes spanning from 2" to 48" with innovative designs including 2-disc, 4-disc or any other design as specified by clients. The range is embodied of a gauging plate, so is used to validate a pipe bending and roundness as well as to guarantee constant weld penetration, so debris and other unrequired products do not not exist.
